Pete has spent nearly five decades mastering the masonry trade and building a reputation for precision, honesty, and dependable workmanship. As the owner of Prestia Tuckpointing, he has helped guide the family business since its establishment in 1998, serving residential and commercial customers throughout the region.

Known by many longtime customers as “the Picasso of tuckpointing,” Pete brings an exceptional eye for detail to every project. His experience allows him to identify masonry problems, recommend practical solutions, and complete repairs with the care required to preserve both the strength and appearance of a property.

Beyond his technical expertise, Pete believes trust is earned through straightforward communication, fair recommendations, and pride in the finished work. His commitment to craftsmanship continues to shape the standards of the company today.

Co-Owner | Second Generation Master Mason

 Collin represents the next generation of the family business, combining a lifetime of masonry experience with eight years of service as a firefighter.

He began learning the trade from his father at approximately six years old, spending summers and weekends working alongside him throughout his school years. That early hands-on experience gave Collin a strong understanding of masonry craftsmanship, jobsite responsibility, and the importance of doing work correctly. Today, he serves as co-owner and works with the company whenever he is off duty from the fire service.

Collin’s public-service background reinforces the values he brings to every customer interaction: reliability, accountability, safety, and trust. As he takes on a larger leadership role within the business, his focus is preserving the craftsmanship and personal service Prestia Tuckpointing was built on while helping move the company forward for the next generation.

Co-Owner | Administration & Logistics Coordinator

 Trish helps keep the day-to-day operations of Prestia Tuckpointing organized, responsive, and running smoothly. Working behind the scenes, she supports the administrative and logistical needs of the family business, helping coordinate schedules, customer communication, project information, and essential business records.

Her attention to detail and dependable approach help ensure that customers receive clear communication and that the field team has the information and support needed to complete each project efficiently.

As an important part of the family-owned operation, Trish brings organization, consistency, and personal care to the business—helping connect the craftsmanship performed in the field with the professional service customers experience from their first inquiry through project completion.

Master Mason

Jeff is a highly experienced master mason who has worked alongside Pete Prestia for more than 15 years. During that time, he has become an essential part of the team, contributing skilled craftsmanship, practical knowledge, and a dependable approach to every project.

Jeff’s years of hands-on experience have given him a strong understanding of tuckpointing, masonry repair, and restoration work. He approaches each job with care, precision, and respect for the property, helping ensure that the company’s standards are consistently maintained in the field.

His long-standing relationship with Pete reflects the trust, teamwork, and shared commitment to quality that define Prestia Tuckpointing. Jeff’s experience and dedication continue to play an important role in delivering workmanship designed to stand the test of time.

Apprentice Mason

Nick is a masonry apprentice developing his skills through hands-on experience alongside the experienced craftsmen at Prestia Tuckpointing.

He supports the team across a variety of tuckpointing, repair, restoration, and jobsite preparation tasks while continuing to learn the techniques, standards, and attention to detail required in the masonry trade.

Nick brings a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and dependable attitude to each project. As part of the next generation entering the trade, he is gaining practical experience while helping the team maintain a safe, organized, and professional jobsite.

 Veteran Bricklayer | Master Craftsman

Shawn brings more than four decades of masonry experience to the team. He entered the trade in 1979, began laying brick professionally in 1981, and spent 28 years working as a union bricklayer.

Over the course of his career, Shawn has developed the kind of knowledge that can only be earned through years of demanding, hands-on work. His experience spans traditional bricklaying, masonry construction, repair, and restoration, with a deep understanding of the materials, techniques, and precision required to complete the work correctly.

Shawn represents a generation of craftsmen who learned the trade through discipline, repetition, and pride in every finished joint. His steady approach, technical skill, and commitment to quality make him a respected presence on the jobsite and an invaluable part of the team.
